1. Why do we have a privacy policy?
Administer Oyj ("Administer") would like to use this privacy policy to inform you about how we process your personal data.
This policy applies to all personal data processing operations resulting from you:
- Providing personal data when using our services
- Providing personal data for comments and customer satisfaction

Administer Oyj, reg. no. 0593027-4, with address Konepajankuja 3 B, 00510 Helsinki, Finland, operates legalbuddy.fi and is the data controller for the processing of personal data.
3. Definitions
Personal data
Personal data means any information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person who is alive. Examples of what is considered personal data are name, address, e-mail and telephone number.
Processing of personal data
Processing of personal data includes all handling of personal data, such as collection, recording and storage.
4. Purpose, legal basis and retention period for processing your personal data
Your personal data will be used to deliver any of our services or to send you emails with relevant information. We may also, unless you have objected in writing to such marketing, use your personal data for market and customer analysis, development and improvement of our services, risk management and statistics, and to contact you or send you offers and tips.
4.1 Online legal questions and answers
Type of personal data
Name, social security number, email address, phone number and company information.
Purpose/processing
When you provide us with your contact details, we collect and store them in order to answer your question online, handle any subsequent booking with Administer's lawyers, handle customer service cases, send offers and tips.
Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data in order to fulfill the contract with you for the purpose of providing our advice service and to send you offers and tips. The processing of your personal data is also necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interest in storing personal data related to the publication of advice on our website.
Storage time
Personal data provided by you in connection with legal questions are stored for 10 years. Published legal questions and answers on legalbuddy.com are anonymized and therefore not deleted after a certain period of time. Personal data provided in connection with legal questions that have not been answered or published on our website will be stored for 6 months, unless a customer relationship arises within the relevant time and or you receive advice from us, see below.
4.2 Contract services and downloads
Type of personal data
Name, email address, phone number and company information.
Purpose/processing
Depending on the type of service you use, we need to process the following type of personal data, but also other data necessary for the performance of the service contract, such as property name, account number, etc. and, where applicable, personal data of other persons, e.g. employees in a contractual service for employment contracts, etc.
Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data in order to manage our customer relationship and to prepare, provide and administer access to our products and services, i.e. to fulfill the relevant contract with you as a customer.
Storage time
Personal data provided in connection with the use of our contract services and downloads will be deleted after 6 months unless a customer relationship has been established between Legalbuddy. A customer relationship is established when any form of contact via e-mail, telephone or video is established with Legalbuddy or any company within the group to which Legalbuddy belongs. If a customer relationship is established but without you receiving advice or creating a product with us, your personal data is saved for 24 months. If you receive advice, your data will be stored for 10 years after the case is closed.
4.3 Comments and customer satisfaction

Name, email address and company name
Purpose/processing
The data we collect when you leave a customer review with us, write comments on our published articles or otherwise interact in our digital channels is used to improve and develop our services, pages and offers. Customer reviews are published together with first and last name and company name on our website.
Legal basis for processing
The processing is necessary to meet our and our users' legitimate interest in evaluating and improving Legalbuddy's services and systems.
Storage time
We keep your personal data with us for a maximum of two years after you register your personal data.
4.4 Participation in digital trainings/webinars
Type of personal data
Name, email address, involvement in image/video and company name (if applicable)
Purpose/processing
The information we collect when you choose to register and participate in our webinars or interact with our digital channels is used to improve our services, develop our content and provide a recording of the webinar afterwards. Your participation is entirely voluntary, and you can choose to cancel your participation or turn off your video/camera at any time.
Legal basis for processing
The processing is based on our legitimate interest to provide our digital trainings/webinars.
We process your personal data in order to fulfill the contract with you for the purpose of providing our digital trainings/webinars.
The processing of your personal data is also necessary to meet our legitimate interest of storing personal data, administering and delivering digital trainings on our website/zoom.
Storage time
We will keep your personal data for a maximum of two years after you have registered or provided it. You can contact us at any time to have your data deleted earlier than two years, if possible. (However, we would like to point out that we currently do not have the technical means to retroactively delete your image or other personal data that appears during a webinar from a recording, if you do not want to appear in the image, then turn off your camera).
5. From which sources do we obtain your personal data?
In addition to the information you provide to us, or that we collect from you based on how you use our services, we may also collect personal data from public registers (SPAR) to make sure we have the right address details for you.
6. Who we may share your personal data with
We may share your personal data with companies within the Group or partners. When personal data is shared with our partners, the partner in turn becomes the data controller for further processing.
Sharing can also be done to comply with rules and statutory requirements by, for example, checking employees against the criminal record.
7. What rights do I have?
Legalbuddy aims to ensure that all the information we process is accurate. This naturally also applies to the personal data we collect. In the event that any information proves to be incorrect, it will be corrected without delay. You have the right to access the data we process about you. In addition, under the conditions laid down by law, you can request the rectification, restriction or erasure of your personal data.
You also have the right to object to processing based on a balance of interests and, under certain conditions, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit it to another controller (data portability).
Please note that if we receive a request to exercise any of your rights, we may ask for additional information to ensure the effective handling of your request and that the information is provided to the right person. We have the right to refuse your request if, among other things, there are legal obligations that prevent us from complying with your request to exercise your rights.
